  • Low VOC. Tools easily. Bonds to most common building materials. Tack free in 70 to 90 minutes. Paintable in 10 minutes. Soap and water cleanup. Water resistant in 3 hours. Mildew resistant. Meets LEED & NAHB guidelines.

Limitations:
  • Do not apply below 40° F (4° C).
  • Do not apply when a hard frost is anticipated within one week of application.
  • Do not apply where joint will be subjected to heavy rainfall within 8 hours of application.
  • Do not use in joints subject to extended water immersion
  • Not recommended for underwater applications or traffic-bearing joints or surfaces.
